Marley had his first trip to the groomers today and got a Foxy Baby. Sophie put me totally at ease about the whole process as he’s my little baby and was a bit worried about leaving him. When i picked him up, he was snuggled up in Sophie’s jacket (his favourite place) and she told me he had done really well, she told me how she approached the scary things like the shower and hairdryer and advised me on little things i can do at home to make his next visit even more anxiety free. He was clearly happy to be there and had a wonderful introduction to the groomers. I love how she has such a one to one approach and that she doesn’t just put them in cages when they’re finished! My Belle is a Cypriot rescue who has real confidence issues with strangers. Sophie not only did a cracking job with her coat but managed to completely win her over!

I have taken my dog here for years now and I am always at ease leaving him there with Sophie and he always runs in and straight up to her for cuddles. She does the job beautifully , he always looks and smells great and I know she will do just what I ask for but if there is a problem with matting she will advice me to do something different for the benefit of my dog.

I have 2 big dogs, Reg is 15 and very particular about who touches/grooms him, and Blu who is 5, an Alsatian cross black lab? Both my dogs love their regular 3 month visit and their bespoke treatments according to their needs! 100% attention to detail and the girls are super sweet with their love for my dogs, which is priceless! Amazing value for money!!

Foxy's groomers are amazing. Sophie and her team always do a wonderful job with my cavapoo and she has been going there since a little pup. She is always very happy and exciting when she realises she going to Foxy's and always comes out happy and looking fabulous. I recently had to take her to a different groomers which made me realise just how special the service is at Foxy's. I can't recommend them enough!

I brought our 7 month old Cockapoo today for a puppy trim. Louis instantly loved this place unlike the other groomer we took him to when he was younger. Sophie was super friendly and very considerate and attentive to every detail asking everything about Louis to make his visit as comfortable as possible and checking if he has allergies and what his likes and dislikes are. Louis absolutely loves the both of them and didn’t want to leave. This will definitely be our regular groomer going forward. Thank you Sophie and team for being so amazing and loving towards Louis. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a dog.

I have been taking my labradoodle Bailey here for over 2 years. He used to wet himself when he went to other groomers. Sophie took the time to re-introduce him to grooming and he now trotts in the door to see her and with many wags of his tail. He can be really difficult when I try to brush him but Sophie manages to groom him to perfection. He comes home a really happy and relaxed dog and I would not take him anywhere else. He always pulls me to the door to say hello when we are passing. My only negative to Foxy's is I sometimes struggle to get him booked in as they are so busy. I cannot recommend Foxy Groomers highly enough. Dave is a three year old rescue who is very nervous and hates water. Sophie did an incredible job with him, making sure he was happy and comfortable the whole time and yet somehow managing to wash him, brush him and clip his claws. He came out looking amazing, smelling great and - most importantly - really happy and relaxed. We will definitely be back.

Sophie and her team are wonderful. They are experts at what they do and have the animal's welfare as priority. It is rare to find such caring and knowledgeable groomers who make your dog look and feel great. My shitzu loves going to see them and scratches at the door to get in! Always a first class groom and our westie and schnauzer are actually happy to go to Foxy Groomers. First groomer they have ever enjoyed! Our westie is 16 and the team are so patient and gentle with him, even though he mostly wants to sit down and chill. Thankyou so much team.

Sophie at Foxy’s is fantastic. We’ve been taking our Wire Fox Terrier there for a few years and we’ve always been very happy (and so is our dog - she always looks wonderful afterwards and pulls to go in every time we pass!) Sophie listens and is careful and always considerate to our pooch’s welfare. Would throughly recommend.

The first time I took my (rather large) dog to Foxy's I was very nervous because he wasn't used to being taken to a groomer. Then we met Sophie. She instantly made my dog AND me feel at ease and she was so reassuring and kind. She is very knowledgeable about pets and the service she and her team provides is so good that they can make any (otherwise unruly) dog feel relaxed and at ease, so much so that I could swear Sophie's a dog whisperer! I would recommend Foxy's to anyone seeking a loveable, professional and skillful grooming service.

We took our Border Terrier Eddie to be hand stripped after 3 bad experiences with as many different groomers in the last 18 months. We were really worried that we would not be able to find a groomer that could : A) do the hand strip properly [quite short], and B) not hurt Eddie in the process. To our surprise and delight, Sophie turned out to be fully able in both departments and Eddie was still pleased to see me when I picked him up. This place is 100% fantastic and so is Sophie! Can't recommend this groomers/groomer highly enough. Thanks again, Sophie. See you soon and thanks for all the information and taking such great care of Eddie. He looks amazing!!

Our rescue pup had her first time at a groomers in the UK or away from both her parents at Foxy Groomers. I was worried about leaving her as she doesn't like other people much, and doesn't like being without her parents - but I needn't have worried. She was immediately in love with both workers in (Ginnie and someone I didn't catch the name of - sorry!) After 45 minutes I came back to a very happy, healthy and fluffy (!) puppy. She didn't want to leave! These people clearly love dogs and are experts. They even make sure of everything beforehand, such as allergies, phobias and whether your dog is treat motivated, or loves belly rubs etc. Afterwards you get a full report of how your dog behaved and what happened and even your homework for next time (our pup didn't like the drier - treats when my partner is blow drying her hair until next time). I immediately booked in again for another session as our woof had such an amazing time and was so well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this to all dog owners. Lots of love and gratitude from Azra, Char and Ollie.
